Do you know any good recipe's for postnatal care?

This is a follow up to another thread about prenatal care recipes. Does anyone have any good postnatal care recipe's? I was thinking of another friend of mine who just had a baby and it would be a great idea to put together a gift recipe book for her filled with recipe's that would help her heal, develop nutrients for the baby, etc.
