Cupcake Recipe

I've been asked to make some cupcakes for my dads 70th birthday party. I don't want to do the basic boring cake mix cupcake. Does anyone have any amazing recipes that will blow everyone away with how delicious they are? I would love something that is something no one has ever tried before. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My favorite one on the list is strawberry filled cupcakes with cream cheese. I have made them several times and I have gotten many compliments on them!

Hi Smlewis00....The strawberry cupcakes were a hit!! Everyone loved them and wanted the recipe. Some people actually thought I bought them at a bakery ....Thanks so much for the recipes.
