My sister is actually trying to incorporate more of a vegan diet into her life these days -her boyfriend of about a year is a vegan so she has become more interested in that way of eating. I'll have to let her know about these!

Looks like it would be good with a glass of milk. If you're vegan than good with a glass of soy milk. I wonder if these taste anything like snickerdoodles.

The Cubans call them Cuban Cinnamon Cookies. I got this recipe from Cuban refugees.

I'm not vegan, but I do appreciate recipes that are healthier than the food we usually eat. These cookies look pretty easy to make and I'll be trying out that recipe very soon.

Well I am a sucker for sugar cookies, and for me it is usually the simpler the better, but this looks like a nice little twist on an old favorite that would be nice to try. I am not exactly sure what the draw is for Cuban cinnamon, but I like cinnamon in general so maybe it is smoother taste of something. Only one way to find out, I suppose.
