I have always been cornbread queen of my neighborhood until I bought a new $1200 Frigidaire stove. I use bake function @450 degrees. I fully preheat before placing bread inside. I use cast iron skillet that I preheat on top of stove. Pour batter in sizzling grease but once it's done, it's a failure!! Bottom crust SUCKS. It's never the golden brown thick crunchy crust I'm famous for. Help!!!!
