Thanks Roseanna! I checked your recipe and yes, I must say it looks quite simple!!! I love that kind of recipes, I might try it soon When I do I'll let you know in the comments section. Anyways, my favorite cookie is this one:

They're known in my country as butter cookies I'd leave the link to the recipe I use, but it's in spanish.
