Hi,
I tried making french macarons the other day and they turned out somewhat successful, (i had to spoon them out as couldn't get a piping bag :O ) to colour them I used a liquid pink food colouring and as per the instructions added them to the egg whites before whisking.. when i went to bake the macarons the colour completely faded as they baked is there anything i'm doing wrong? Or do i have to change to a gel food colouring?
