Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies

Right? Cinnamon rocks. I really never thought of putting chocolate and cinnamon together, even though they are two of my favorite things. I had seen a recipe a while back for chocolate chip cinnamon pancakes, and I thought they sounded delicious. Cookies would be even better!

These cookies look great (I'm sure they taste great too). I like making pretty food.

Yes definately!! Cinnamon really is the best. I didn't get a chance to try the recipe you posted, but I'm dying to try it!

I've also heard that Cinnamon also has a number of health benefits. I'm trying to get more into my diet anyway. I might as well have it as part of some delicious baked goods, right? Well, that's my thinking anyway, ha ha.

Another cinnamon lover here - I love the flavor of it in all manner of baked goods, and the idea of cinnamon + chocolate chip cookies just sounds wonderful to me. The cookies look fabulous too. I have a get together with some friends this week for a book club and we have to bring a sweet treat to share, so I think I'll make these!

I hear ya, ha ha. It doesn't usually work out that way, does it? Healthy and tastes great don't always work in the same sentence. The disparity is real.
