Choux pastry

Yesterday I decided to have a go at baking profiteroles with a custard filling, I have never tried to bake choux pastry or make custard from scratch before. I am really happy with how they turned out, I will definitely bake them again.

They turned out very nice. they turned out very nice. Choux is very challenging, but can be a joy exploring. Did you see the beautiful churros @Cahoot made with choux recently? It fries beautifully.
