I have no idea what’s going on. I’ve made chocolate chip cookies following a family recipe. I’m baking at 475° for 10 minutes and I look in at seven minutes and they are starting to flatten out but by 10 minutes it covers the entire pan and it’s nothing but one square mess. How and why is this happening? How do I fix it? Please help this is an emergency because I’ve got Christmas packages for the neighbors to make, and I didn’t know this would happen otherwise I would’ve done this sooner.
