My husband is exactly the same - if I want to make something for him that I know he'll adore, put coffee and chocolate together and it will be a winning combination every time! I think they just work well together!

That cake looks amazing and everything is better when buttercream is involved. I could eat an entire tub of buttercream if it was not so bad for you. Thanks for sharing, I am going to try this one.
