I just started making caramel snickerdoodles. Everyone loves them, but they are zero work for someone who normally bakes everything from scratch. Still, they cure my sweet tooth and are so great that I don't care about cheating on my diet. They are best served warm though when the caramels are still gooey. However, if the caramel does harden up inside, a few seconds in the microwave quickly cures this.
