Caramel apple pie cookies

Hi, has anyone tried making caramel apple pie cookies before? I was thinking of trying out this recipe but I'm not sure if it'll turn out...

II have never tried that recipe in particular, but I don't see why it wouldn't work out the way it's intended too This recipe looks great! Perfect for people who are into really rich and savory cookies

I have not tried that recipe, but I have made caramel apple cookies before and they turned out super good. I will try to find the recipe I used and post it on here. It has been about 4 years since I made them so I am not sure if I will be able to find it again.

They look good! I noticed the blog owner said on their site that it can initially seem a bit messy and like there's no way the cookies will work, so being prepared for some oozing out of the filling and so forth is normal. As long as you're prepared for that, I imagine it's fine!
