I've got a double barrel bread machine that I use to make bread for friends' birthdays and for holiday gifts.
The problem I have though, is that one loaf always turns out perfect, and the loaf in the next pan over proofs and over inflates when baking. It doesn't matter what bread I made or what recipe I use, one will come out perfect, while the other almost blows the lid off!
Does anyone else have this problem using bread machines?
I'm starting to wonder if that one side that over does it gets hotter than the side that gives me perfect loaves. I would think they would be the same temperature, as they both work off the same settings. It's just weird.
