Black Bread Recipes

What do you know as Black Bread please?

I don't mean rye bread, but I know it uses a lot of rye flour.
I have to say the recipes I have found have surprised me with them having variously

• coffee powder
• cocoa
• dark chocolate
• carrot
• espresso beans
• apple cider vinegar
• bran
• shallots
• caraway seeds
• cornmeal
• fennel seeds

I could carry on, but I think you get the idea.

What is a standard Black Bread recipe please? I have never encountered black bread and it seems to be the sort of thing I would like, but I would like to start with a basic recipe so to speak.
