I recently came across this chart of healthy baking substitutes:
*Use Black Beans instead of Flour
*Applesauce instead of Sugar
*Mashed Avacado instead of Butter
*Evaporated Milk instead of cream
*Banana instead of Butter
*Vanilla Extract instead of Sugar
ect...(see chart attached)
I personally have used some of these, others sound a little off the wall.
What are some other healthy substitutes you can use for baking? Have you ever used any of the above listed? What have been your experiences?
