Best Metal Hand Whisks for Replacement

I had a hand whisk that went back at least two generations in my family. It finally rusted out and broke. Looked just like this one:

Should I just look for the cheapest replacement, or is there something better out there I should be considering? I am assuming that metal loops are better than plastic or silicone ones.

I would find something with a bigger grip.
If the old one rusted it wasn't stainless.
