I always stop and pay attention to new innovative baking products. Why? The human race is extremely creative. So, wonderful kitchen aids/tools pop up on the market regularly.

One of my favorites is an all-in-one stirrer/apportioning spoon. With one device, you can measure and mix. Quirky (love this place!) manufactures this product.

I like this Wilton cake lifter. Sometimes you have to lift a cake to move it or arrange layers. This thing can lift an entire 9 inch cake.
