Anyone like a little meat with your bread?

This is a really tasty biscuit. Simple and not a big mess to clean up.

Easy Ham Biscuits

1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup milk
4 T. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients until well blended, bake in greased muffin tins at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes until done.

This is a favorite recipe of mine. Its is versatile and can go with a lot of different meals or by itself. Thought I would share it. Do any of you add any meats to a bread recipe?

I usually use whatever ham is available in the refrigerator. The sandwich ham is not as good, but I have used it on occasion.
