Any online sites that are great for baking on a budget?

Sometimes funds are tight, but I absolutely love baking when I can. I was wondering if there were any sites or recipes that people know of that they could share. Thanks in advance!

I really like http://www.kitchenkrafts.com for cheap supplies that are involved with cooking, but it's hard to find cheap recipes rather than cheap ingredients. That can only be done using wholesale sites or local grocery stores.

I love the Betty Crocker website. I am always able to find creative, tasty recipes that don't break my pocket to make. They also give great suggestions for "no-bake" recipes as well.
