A recipe that works in the mono gemini roll plant??

We have a mono gemini roll plant, but everything needs to be hand finished as the rolls come out torn and scruffy. Anyone know of a recipe that actually works through this machine?

I would try a dough conditioner, look for baker speak descriptions like "tolerance".
Caravan make a a line of conditioners, I'd have a chat with them.
