I loved this summary! If I could make a bakery bucket list this would be it without a doubt!

I've been to one of those! The one in Copenhagen. I was taken there as a teenager by my parents!

I honestly don't know which one I would choose to go to first though!
Though looking at them, Hafiz Mustafa 1864 in Istanbul looks wonderful and the baklava should be amazing. I enjoyed my time in rural Turkey when we were there some years ago and the Baklava then was stunning. El Pan de la Chola in Lima, Peru come sin 2nd. I love making bread and having had a look at the various photos uploaded on their Facebook page I would just love to visit there. Cafe Savoy in Prague comes in 3rd...

Thanks a lot for shafring this, a very interesting post indeed! I have so far only been to the swediswh one a few years ago. I would like to visit the bakeries located in europe, maybe when we go on a holiday we will look specifically for those. I love baked goods!
